Water does not react well with the film or digital sensors. Neither respond well to the battery or electronics. If the device is not for use underwater or encased in a tight, keep it above water. Use a mist of rain cape in case of bad weather (too heavy can cause problems for some cameras). If the conditions of glasses due to fog when you move from inside to outside or vice versa, there are good chances that your camera may be prone to internal condensation. Use a camera bag to isolate the camera and allow you to modify the temperature gradually. If the device is wet (only a few drops of rain), there are few things you can do.
* Open the camera (if possible) and turn so that water can circulate freely.
* Wrap the glass in a towel very absorbent, once all the water has drained evasion. Do not rub the workings of the device.
* Move the camera to a repair shop nearest professional immediately.
